Youth Prize for distant learning in 2009 goes to Tokio Hotel Twins

Tom and Bill Kaulitz are distinguished famous prizewinners with this year’s DistancE-Learning 2009 study prize, along with seven other prominent correspondence course graduates.
The study prize DistancE-Learning will be awarded this year to correspondence course graduates. The study prizewinners are selected by an independent jury of the professional federation forum DistancE-Learning.
Now the decisions have been introduced to the general public. However, two of the nine prizewinners were already famous long before the honor. Twins, Bill and Tom Kaulitz (both 19) from Tokio hotel are distinguished with the youth price distant learning in 2009 for their exemplary achievements in distant lessons in the web school graduation.
The study prize DistancE-Learning 2009 will be awarded on the 27th April, 2009 at the Federal Ministry of education and research (BMBF) in Berlin (Parliamentary Assistant Secretary Andreas Storm). Unfortunately, in the absence of both Kaulitz brothers who are busily working on Tokio Hotel’s new album.

As a general rule, I will not post rumour.  I am posting THis one because it just keeps buzzing around.  It isn’t someTHing THat will hurt THe boys in any way, so… I decided to post.

Tokio Hotel’s New album is full of surprises.  Little by little we get new details on the new album, which surprised all the fans and will be ready by this spring. The biggest surprise is that the singer Bill Kaulitz will play the violin, an instrument, which is taught in school.

Reportedly, Bill Kaulitz will play the violin on one song from their new album.  As published by web Saratoga.com, Bill said, “Yes, I learned violin in the school. It was not anything that I was choosing, it was obligatory in the course of music. I thought that in a sad song that I composed, I might play with the violin some parts. But, of course, I will keep on singing.  We have not chosen yet the first single, but I will not be playing the violin in the middle of a video or in the stage. In the song, it is me who has recorded the fragment, but in the stage we will have an orchestra that will accompany us. And that the fans do not worry, we will only have band in this song.”  This band surprised us every day!

Now, THat being said… it is not even certain THat any of THis is true, or THat That is a Bill quote.  So, don’t get your hopes up, or down, or whatever THis rumour does for you until we hear it directly from TH THemselves. <=)

Till Nowak created the cover motive for the new album “Humanoid” of the worldwide successful German band Tokio Hotel.
The idea of showing singer Bill Kaulitz as a robot and an overall dark and rusty mood came from the band itself.
The final cover image (see below) was then embedded into the CD package artwork of renowned designer Dirk Rudolph

I’ve posted THis news b4, but THis has a little more detail.

(11.02.09)

My freunds over at Tokiohotelnetwork erklärt mir that Tokio Hotel’s EXTREMELY, SEVERELY highly anticipated next album may be pushed back to May or June. Sad, but you gotta trust that Bill and Tom and Gustav and Georg KNOW what they’re doing and that the album will be the most willkommen thing in the welt next to Tokio Hotel itself.

Also, think about it this way: would you rather have a really great skirt steak RIGHT NOW or the MOST INTENSE eight-ounce, buttery, Kobe filet a few months from now? (Or the vegetarian version thereof.) THINK ABOUT IT. NOW WAIT FOR IT.

Hamburg (ap) The new album by “Tokio Hotel” is expected to be on the market at the end of May or the beginning of June. “If Bill doesn’t come with more song ideas, then we`ll finish the album-production hopefully in the next six weeks”, producer David Jost said to the news-agency AP. Actually the song-writing was finished: “But now Bill and Tom have written two new songs last week”

Singer Bill Kaulitz and his twin-brother Tom have recorded their own demos of the songs in their little home-studio in their apartement in Berlin and sent them then to Los Angeles, where the album is mixed at present.

“As the band traveled so much in the last three years and lived out of a suitcase, they are happy about every day, they can spend at home in Germany”, the manager of the Kaulitz-brothers said, who became famous with the song “Durch den Monsun” and rank now at one of the most successful German rockbands.

So the songs were reworked in a three hour video-conference, and Bill have sung them in a studio in Hamburg. Via ISDN they were recorded then in Los Angeles, Jost explained.
