COMEBACK!

Finally it happened! Tokio Hotel arrived in Moscow to the Muz-TV Awards!
BRAVO met the band and learned a lot of interesting details about their life.

BRAVO’s editor Liza has interviewed the guys at Olympics a few minutes before the Muz-TV Awards.

Bravo: There was really huge crowd of fans in front of the hotel. They came to see you, but suddenly one security came out and said, that you had asked the girls not to scream.
(All of them are laughing)
Georg and Tom: Whaaat?!
Bill: Whoa! We never said that! On the contrary we love so much our fans to greet us with happy cries! Next time, when you hear something like that, you should tell us, we will kick him out immediately!

Bravo: Oh, thanks God! Did you take your dogs to Moscow again?
Bill: No, unfortunately we didn’t… They stayed at home. Last year we took two our big dogs (German short-haired and Labrador) on tour with us. But we’re not going to stay in Moscow for that long, so we decided not to make dogs nervous. Flight is a huge stress for them. If I could change the rules, I’d let animals travel on board the plane. During the tour when we traveled by bus the dog slept with me in my bed.

Bravo: Bill, the video where you appeared with beard made some buzz in the Net. Was it real beard?
Tom: Nope! It’s post production! It was painted on the computer later.
(All of them are laughing)
Bill: May be you’ll be surprised, but my beard grows too. I didn’t expect my 3-days bristle would make such ballyhoo. The camera was not so good and I thought no one would notice it. Actually at home I’m always unshaven. And I shave if I have to go out.

Bravo: You also dressed up today… You have a hood with fur. But it’s 25C degrees in Moscow!
Bill: Yes, I didn’t know, that it’s so hot here!
Tom: By the way, I have to draw your attention that it’s not real fur! And we are vegetarians actually.

Bravo: Cool! Bill, have you and your brother already made a twin-tattoo that you have planned?
Bill: Tom can’t finally make up his mind to do it! He is afraid of tattoos.
Tom: I’ve already made painful piercings, but tattoos…it’s kind of scary. Why do I have to cover my beautiful body with tattoos? (Bill is laughing) I think, it would be suitable for Bill if he would tattoo all his body including face. It’s a pity if I make it on my beautiful face.

Bravo: But if you finally decide to make it, what would it be?
Bill: A little message understandable for two of us only somewhere no one could see.

Bravo: Bill, Adam Lambert talks about you in each interview. What if he calls you and invites you to the restaurant?
Bill: I don’t know him, and he doesn’t know my phone number! So, he seems not to be fated to dine with me (looks cunning)

Bravo: I’ve found something in the Internet! There is such thing as twincest. It’s twins who are in love with each other and so on…
(Guys look really puzzled?)
Tom: Ehmmmm… Are there twins who are in LOVE WITH EACH OTHER?
Bill: Twincest?
Bravo: Yes, some people even draw you in different poses…
Bill: Me and Tom?!
Tom: What bullshit? Is it legal, actually? (laughs)
Bill: Maybe this people are insane.
Tom: Sorry, but I don’t want to have anything to do with these people.
(all laughing)

Bravo: Yes, there is a lot of people with insane fantasy. But what was the last case when you met inadequate people?
Bill: The last terrible case was when someone broke into our house in Germany. Because of this we have moved to the USA and now we’re living in LA. It’s too hard to live in Europe. Some people are just going crazy. They have kind of mania. They can do everything! May be there are those crazy ones among them who make twincest. (laughing) One day we understood, that we have to stay under security’s control all the time. Such life became unbearable…

Bravo: What are you doing in LA?
Bill: We’re working on our new album. On weekends I swim in the pool the whole day and have fun in amusement park. Tom and me are obsessed with it. Btw, we celebrated our 20th Birthday in amusement park, but it was in Germany.
Tom: I like jet-ski and quad-cycles. I like everything with engine! In LA we also like the fact that we can go to the supermarket and buy yogurt, rent a car.
Georg: Make an intimate haircut in salon… (everyone laughing)
Bill: Besides it’s cool that all supermarkets in the USA are opened round-the-clock!
Tom: But we live a bit distantly even there. We can’t be free for 100%. Most of the time we’re staying at home.

Quotes:
“It’s a pity, that we can’t take our dogs with us”
“Since our house was robbed, we can’t live in Europe anymore”

Under the pics:
1 – Bill knows only one song in Russian – “Kalinka”

“I haven’t really been in love yet!”

In Bravo the bassist from tokio hotel is showing his soft side

BravoGL

Bravo: You are the oldest from Tokio Hotel. Are you also the smartest?
Georg: Actually, the smartest one is Gustav. But I am very close. But I also get into a lot of shit.

Bravo: Do you watch the other ones?
Georg: No, absolutely not. It is not my intention to be the father figure in this band and tell them what to do. I would never say: Dont do that. They have to learn from there own mistakes.

Bravo: Arent the other ones more childish?
Georg: No! We already know each other since seven years and are totally like each other. The others are more mature or I just remaint childish (laughs). I think we just meet in the middle.

Bravo: You look very cool – how would you describe yourself?
Georg: I am just a really cool dude (laughs)! No, seriously: Actually I am very shy. But I also like to party and have fun and off course music is the most important for me.

Bravo: During photoshoots you usually dont smile are you even happy?
Georg: I am, but I just cant smile because I have to. I only smile or laugh when something is sincerely funny.

Bravo: What makes you laugh?
Georg:
I dont really like comedy shows, or that kind of comedy. Mostly I laugh about myself, I am just a really clumsy person. I always trip over things, thats just the way I was born. Tom, Bill and Gustav always have something to laugh about with me.

Bravo: What is your biggest strength?
Georg: That I am very calm. I always stay calm and think about stuff quietly.
Another strength from me is: punctuality (laughs to death).

Bravo: Was that ironic.
Georg:
Absolutely. I am working on it and it has improved. But I just cant wake up in the morning. I am the only one in the band who gets 3 wake up calls, because I just cant get out of bed. I pick up the phone and say “I am awake, and then go back to sleep. I dont know why. I actually cant stand it when people arent punctual.

Bravo: How is it for you that Tom and Bill are almost always in the spotlight?
Georg: I think it is totally fine the way it is. Every band has a front man and in our case that is Bill and he is doing an absolutely fantastic job. I am more in the background and I am having fun there. I am happy that we have such a good time as a band.

Bravo: With which band member can you relate to the most?
Georg: We all share much with each other. There is not one of them I would trust more with a secret. The other boys are all my best friends and we stand very close to each other.

Bravo: Do you also have a life besides Tokio Hotel?
Georg:
Absolutely, It is very important to me to also have friends that have nothing to do with the band. That way I can totally get away from it when I have time of.
I still have my old friends from Magdeburg who I contact very often and go do stuff with. They are very important to me.

Bravo: What would you be now if it werent for Tokio Hotel?
Georg:
After I graduated I tried to follow some studies. I always wanted to be a dentist but I cant imagine that now anymore. What really fascinates me now is Physiology. That really is just so interesting.

Bravo: What is important in life to you?
Georg: First is my Family, after that the band and then my friends. Pets are also very important. I have a dog and a cat and because I am an only child they are like family to me.

Bravo: Are you romantic?
Georg: When I really like a girl I am very romantic. I like candle-light-dinners, and like to put up candles. I always surprise her and go by the moment.

Bravo: When was the last time you were in love?
Georg: That is a long time ago. When I think about it. I never have really been in love. If it really was love we would still be together. I am off course totally hooked when I like a girl.

Bravo: Do you want a girlfriend?
Georg: I just can imagine it would be hard. But I think when your real love comes along it will work out. I am not looking thinking, if you dont look for it, you find it sooner..

Bravo: What kind of girls do you like?
Georg: I dont have a certain typ. She should be an open and nice person , someone you can have fun with.

Bravo: What is your big wish for the future?
Georg: We are busy preparing for the tour. I wish everything goes well during the show, nobody is going to be sick and that we can offer our fans a really cool show.

with Bravo from his Hospital Bed

Bravo: Were you in the operation. What exactly has happened?

Gustav: I got up two days after New Year’s Eve with extreme pains. I just drank tea. Occasionally the pains went, but then comes again. But when it became worse in the evening, then I called a friend of mine.

Bravo: you then went directly to the hospital?

Gustav: No, I would not lie in the hospital. I completely underestimated. My friend then came home to me,  thank God, I  went to the hospital.

Bravo: Did the doctor opperate in a hospital  immediately?

Gustav: Doctors thought that if I came a little later, I could turn out badly. It was so so. He knows that, appendicitis can be dangerous. He do not know why I reacted so. My friend, I thank a lot.

Bravo: How the opperation is carried out? How long will it take? Do you still have pain?

Gustav: The operation lasted an hour and I was under anesthesia. Doctors made me three small holes in the belly.  Then by this they could operate. Three days after, I left the hospital again.

Bravo: Are you in pain?

Gustav: Now I hardly have pains. But feel the whole area in the belly of course, you still can …
