BILLY worked alongside Shay Todd of Laurel & Mulholland to design a highly stylized hooded cape that represents the first step into his fashion career as a designer. The cape includes a hangtag that doubles as a USB drive and contains the original version of the song, remixes and an HD video of the “Not Over You” short-film.
