The police supposedly have the gas station surveillance video of the incident. The RTL reporter supposedly saw it before the police took it away. Tom left in his car before the police arrived. Tokio Hotel Management is suppose to issue a statement later today.

According to a press release by the police, that was just shown on RTL “A 19-year-old musician has hit a 21-year-old woman”

According to the same report on RTL the woman was a fan who had harassed him several times before (aka. Stalkerfan) which does not justify violence, but might explain it.
