On the Worldwide Day of Rock
Between compliments and preconceptions, these youngsters – that had already taken the fame of bad-boys for their appearance – conquer the world, and show that they possess gold heartsThis German band already vended more then 8 million cds and dvds world wide but, beyond the copies sold, they’ve start to accumulate another thing: good actions.
THe Quintet already were joined by Lady Gaga other celebrities to produce a video with intention to collect money for the Japanese Red Cross and to help the country after the earthquakes in March of this year. The collected amount exceeded the value of 5 million dollar.

The boys had also contributed to Haiti after the disaster in 2010. They had auctioned autographed dolls, games, batteries, pictures, and an autographed guitar used in the video “Monsoon”
As well, helping institutions in Germany, Chile and United States. Bill arrived to donate one of its favourite necklaces, an amulet of the luck, for a charity project
In the 2009 summer, Gustav, the drummer, was attacked in a club by a stranger. On account from this, he received an amount of 500 euros that he also gave to donation.
The four young benefactors have not only donated money. Also in 2009, they participated in a called project “Designers Against AIDS”. Intention was to design a t-shirt with a slogan to stimulate the young to take precautions during sexual relations, the motto was: “Rock’s hard, f ***”
Beyond making the good for their fellow creatures, the boys have the attitudes of more solidary than a human being can have: To help those that do not have voice. The stars of Tokio Hotel Bill and Tom Kaulitz want: “Get Wild Animals out of the Circus”. To know more on this campaign, see HERE
