Bill Kaulitz all decked out in military inspired gear

Tokio Hotel’s Bill Kaulitz has a cutting edge style, even when he isn’t dressed for the stage. The 20-year-old German-born rocker’s outfit at the MTV World Stage was simply – KaPOW! It’s military-inspired and loaded with silver-wear and knee-high combat boots. Check out the close-ups we have inside. Girls can learn a lesson or two on how to accessorize like Bill.

We love that Bill’s nails are manicured in a silver sheen too.

Bill had this to say about his style at the press conference: “It was always a nightmare for me to have a stylist. I like to do it by myself, the whole thing. I started very early…I went like this to school (motioned to his attire) …no I don’t have a stylist.”

His hair stayed in place despite of the Malaysian humidity.
